Civ V

Postby BoltVanDerHuge » Tue Jun 28, 2016 10:48 pm

Hi guys,

I was wondering if there's much interest in a big game of Civ 5 at some point?
Maybe Friday into the night if that doesn't interfere with any other planned stuff, which I guess is mostly Saturday?

I haven't done much multiplayer, but if there's some interest maybe we can discuss best game options to use; map style and turn mode etc. :)

would be intrested in this, but from experiance, these games can last litterlly hours (6 - 10 hours) usually involves a save and start from the save another day!

you will find a few of us intrested over in seats 1 -8

Cool, well maybe I'll come over and see what we can sort out once everyone's settled in.

Yeah I realise it might be a long one :D do you tend to play hybrid or just keep it simultaneous throughout?

I only started Civ 3 a few weeks ago. Plan on playing that a little more before moving on to 4, and then finally 5. Then I'd up be for it! But by that time you'll probably all be on 6 :D

Yeah, a shame really, perhaps with some more people we could've kept it going. And maybe simultaneous turns even at war too :)

I noticed with the SaltLAN 40 dates... Civ VI comes out the weekend after :?
