No, they've gone from one of the best ISPs to overpriced and over QOSed since the hall got ASDL (The money we were paying to get an unlimited service for the weekend...). I recall it being Zen, so no download limits, no QOS.

figured that part out :)

was only asking about eclipse as i left them over a year ago. and moved to BT, and kinda wished i would have done it ages ago. dont get me wrong eclipses customer service team is prob still one of the best ive dealt with. but i agree on the qos and pricing, which is why i left.
