The games you should install if you dont want to fail thread

Postby CrazyMonk » Tue May 03, 2011 8:15 pm

Hello All,

Ok I suck at getting ready for a LAN so I am trying to get myself organised this time round.

What games will say are a must? and preps should I take so Steam doesn't crash on me when I turn up for the LAN?

Thanks

Kieren

Flatout 2
Blur
Portal 2 will no doubt get played
L4D1/2
TF2
Synergy
HL2:DM
Worms Reloaded
Black-Ops
COD4
GRID

To name a few more which get regularly played.

Make sure steam is in offline mode.

Disable any firewall/personal windows ip settings

Should be good then :)

Is it worth getting MoH? Played the demo, thought it was OK... worth a tenner?

Don't forget DC++ as always :)

£9.90 of it is the price of getting into the BF3 beta imo.
