Postby Wishy » Mon Jul 27, 2009 1:55 pm

Hi All,

Seating is online here http://www.westlan.co.uk/seating.asp?event=48

Last day for paypal or bank transfer is wednesday 12th August at 10pm, after which you'll have to pay the £25 at door price.

Order your sunday bacon sarnies at http://www.westlan.co.uk/vote.asp?pollid=11 - if you don't order the sarnies by thursday 13th, you won't get any (And we'll woft the yummy bacon smells under your nose)

There's still a lot of Friday evening left, all in good time, just sit back and relax.

It's alright for some!

The seating plan will probably make an appearance when Steve has some time this evening. Try after 10pm.

Mike is taking up 3 seats :?

Any chance we are going to get the extended seating plan this time so that our 'group' can all sit on the same row again?

Indeed, Servers go there so you all get a good nights sleep. We have a 48 seat plan up because we have 36 people signed up. I don't see the sense in having huge gaps between people and the staff having to put out more tables than we need.

Do you need a row of more than 12?

hey wishy, i think we are going to need a row of more than 12, atm there is 1 seat left in that section (seat 8 ) and i think there is two more people we would like to squeeze in (Ben and simon), i might be wrong though.
