We'll just shout out games. In smaller lans, if you don't join, you miss out - simple.

No, we won't be playing Kane's Wrath, it lags on lan and online and they've yet to fixed it.. 2-3 months down the line.

Grid - does have demo derby, but its limited to 1 type of car, and it's race only. Saying that, Grid is everything NFS:ProShite should have been, and looks beautiful and runs smooth.. even on lower settings.

Patch 3 for UaW was released yesterday, and fixes lag and CTD issues - So that's a possibility.

I think we should try Sins of a Solar Empire.. i can see 1 games lasting the whole lan, and you can save the lan games, and come back to it.

James, are you still wanting to play KKND2? :D

Hey all....i think shane summed up the main lot of games il b playin....plus a few old skool classics for sure :D

On alil side note, talkin of Team Fortress 2, we had a lil spell of playin that at the last LAN but it never really took off, and thats a major shame considering its brillance lol. So just wondering if many ppl will b interested in playin more of it this time round? I'm tryin to sort out running a decent lil dedicated server for it incase no-one else has done so already.

I'l keep tweaking with it over the next couple of days so it'l b ready for Friday and fingers crossed we can get most ppl to play it at some point over the weekend.

Oh and also anyone looking for a decent Sup Com match just hola. I'm kean to launch some nukes at some1 if their willing :p

Just a heads up as my stream client is downloading updates for TF2, Portal and HL2 - ep2. Also remember to go into offline mode before the lan.

I can answer for rich with regards to icey :) He is still in Plymouth but can't make this lan :( unfortunately he didn't get the cisco job

No dont use mani, use sourcemod. Mani is now a dead mod, its buggy as hell on tf2.

http://www.sourcemod.net/

It comes with built in admin abilities, similar to manis (slay, burn ect) But the majority of servers are moving over to this now as its not dead and works without crashing everthing.

*just incase* the internet doesn't work for one reason or another? Doesn't hurt to be cautious.
