Seating and Payments

Postby Wishy » Thu Oct 18, 2007 6:56 pm

Hi All,

Well, the lans crept us on as all again, although we would have liked to have had one sooner!

We're intending to put the seating system online this Sunday. As usual, once you've paid for your ticket, you'll be able to select a seat.

Numbers for the lan are looking pretty good, we're planning to use a 50 seat arrangement, which should give ample room.

Anybody who hasn't signed up should do ASAP, and if anybody has issues getting to the lan, please let us know sooner rather than later.

Finally, the last day for payment is 31st October. After this date the tickets go up from £20 to £25.

See you all at the lan

It's a shame it won't be 64 this time around. Oh well, not to worry.

I've actually sold my polo, so I don't have a car at the moment. It all depends on whether another car can be found between now and SL11. If so, then I'll drive down, possibly bringing my usual cohort. :)

What died on the polo?

Seatings now up. (Overslept!)

Note: If the event increases beyond the 48 places we've got seating laid out for, we will rejig the seating plan to increase the numbers

Paypal is good until midnight wednesday. If its HSBC -> HSBC then you can bank transfer until wednesday too, but otherwise we wouldn't get the money until after the event

For practical reasons (I've got to print off placemats, seating plans, etc before I travel on thursday night), the deadline for online payments (£20) is 9pm tomorrow.

After that its payment at the door only (£25). If people confirm they will be attending, they will be allowed to pick seats. If they don't confirm they'll have to find themselves whatever is avalible on the day.

If people can only make it for part of the LAN, please let us know.

I would love to pay in advance, but I'm afraid I always leave it to the last minute. Normally, like this time, it's because I'm not sure on my lift. Having said that, it's quite weird because I am deffo coming, I'm just not sure how.
