actually i was at seat 30 and goose was at seat 31, could this be changed please?

isp specific faults are very rare..

NTL Customers are digruntled across the country as the switch to virgin media takes place. We've not had internet for about 12 hours now.

I think BT are great, they would be my first choice for ISP. But I woulden't know from an ISP's perspective.

rofl... wholesale is the issue.. the network/hardware/engineers/time taken is the crap bit

cable = 1 company, 1 type of engineer, 1 short length of copper.. not 4km of it! etc
