Postby Althamon » Thu Jan 04, 2007 2:19 am

not 100% sure at the moment.. the seating plan is for 60 odd table layouts.. looking at the signups.. we will prob have more like 40.. so not 100% sure if it will be opened up or not..

So how does it all work then?
Do we all choose before the event, or wait until we get there and just plop ourselves down?

normally there is a selection on your signup login.. and you can pick your seats on a picture of a layout of the hall - but its not enabled at the moment so you can't see it.. will try and find a example later for ya..

Gooseman: That is the whole idea of the seating plan. :-/

The Sam: Generally everyone picks before the event, however, the table layout might be different this time around, which explains why the plan isn't up yet.

if there MIGHT not be a seating plan.. how can you pick a seat?

if we only have tables for 30/40 - a 60 person seating plan without editing is't gonna work..

its a 10 minute job to edit. I've been moving house so I've not had much time to sit down and sort things like this of late, hopefully I will be able to over the weekend.
