asus z87 - a2 issue on motherboard

Annoying two lans in A row my pc has go wrong.

Motherboard comes up with an error A2. This appears to be a ide error.however I cannot get the keyboard to work so can't get into the bios.

Any ideas?

Machine kept on Shutting down before this happened

To save you looking around, here is the BIOS update file:

I assume that once you get a different keyboard (Have you tried all the USB slots by the way?) the BIOS should have its own updater utility in it if you use a FAT32 formatted USB stick.
