I'm running at 3.0 tonight (and with the radiator on which is about 2 inches from the air intake for the graphics card) I'm getting core temps of 31 - 33 according to core temp. and 32 according to NV monitor.
Thought the Antec 900 had great cooling?

with fans on low 24ide and on four cores at 100% it goes up to 41 using prime 95. Games is 31. If i turn the fans right up to max it is loud but the ide will drop to 19 and load 34-35. I have found that there is not great need to put it passed 3.0GHz because nothing i have uses 100% cpu usage at any higher speeds.
What voltages u running on??
The case has great cooling i love it just a bit loud with all the fans at full speed.

I haven't tweaked the voltages at all. Seems stable without worrying about that.

Just left computer on over night and while at work the next day. Seems very stable to me, but we'll soon find out when I play games for 48 hours at the LAN. That will be its real test

Shane just pointed out to me that you were talking about mhz with the HT and I was talking about volts. :D

Yeh will be running at 3.0 at the LAN, might try 3.2, but the heat goes up quite a bit for such a small increase.
