As for the projector, I'd love to make some improvements, but I shot myself in the foot by coding it in C# - which is a language I really don't like(!). The web interface is also pretty terrible, some time I need to rework a lot of it, but it works, so I'm not that compelled! I like C# (not so much...

Personally I love the Razer mice. I got the Ouroboros wireless mouse (I use it wired at the moment). I've had some before where they don't last too long. I had my Diamondback for about 2 years before the left-click went but I self-repaired it with nothing but selotape and it's lasted another 6 years...

A lot of repeats from previous LANs. Maybe a queueing system where people can suggest videos, they can be up-voted further up the queue or stopped if enough people veto/get bored of it part-way through.

We watched Aeroplane a few LANs ago and it was far too quiet to hear near the back of the hall. As it was my first time watching Aeroplane I had to go home and watch it again just to enjoy it.
I'm fairly sure that there was more to it than wave 1, wave 2, etc, I jumped in, and even the small fry that should die easy... didn't wanna die, the waves give you new enemies, ending in more gargoyles than you can shake a stick at... but the small fry crawler things should still die fairly easily...
