Re: Upgrade To Watercooling - The Build Log

After sending pictures to Rob @ WCUK he is sorting it out, getting me a replacement unit sent for this week.
It's pretty good customer support to be honest.

Will see if the new one is okay.

While i had no issues at all with my large order, this simple order has left me quite upset with them. The waterblock I have paid full price for seems to be a ...

Re: Upgrade To Watercooling - The Build Log

Hmm, i think that all of the blocks will have trapped air of some sort, the rads though i'm not really sure. I know that during filling you have to tilt the case in the direction of the connection holes in the rad to allow trapped air to travel through the pipes back to the res to be released. Rads ...

Re: Upgrade To Watercooling - The Build Log

iMess: Some people use the pump to drain the loop as best they can, I do not like doing this as running the pump dry for even a few seconds can ruin it. However, gravity takes it's place here to drain the blocks and rads. However there will always be some water left in the loop that can be drained b...

Re: Upgrade To Watercooling - The Build Log

@Merson, yeah please do a build, that case looks really nice - be nice to see it as everything goes in.
Also sleeved cables really do look so nice, i've seen build logs of people sleeving their cables and it looks so time consuming so i don't blame you for getting some pre-made ones.
